Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

oh snaps, it's OH FHAN TUH. okay, if you want to "WATCH" SOMEONE (it's like "add friend" for Deavaint Art/DA, except the other person can choose to not watch you back, you also don't need conformation from the other person to watch them), you gotta go to their page and click on +devaintwatch. it's on the same bar as "Gallery, scraps, journal, send note, etc." so when that person submits something, you'll recieve a message.
